Cleopatra. The Most Famous Queen of Antiquity.
Queen Cleopatra of Egypt was the last of the Macedonian Ptolemy dynasty and her family tree. She was involved in infamous love affairs with Julius Caesar and Mark Anthony. Her reign ended with her dramatic suicide. In 2010, findings of new artifacts may lead to Cleopatra's tomb.
Restorers' Comment: Her dress was completely re-cut and reconstructed using the original, fragile, fabric.
