I am famously impressed with your figurines; the care, scholarship and skill in their creation and the entertaining, informed and accurate monologs with which you make them come alive.
A tiny point of pedantry with respect to Johnny Burgoyne, about whom, whilst not an authority, I do know something as I regularly impersonate him at Bunker Hill, Fort Ti and Saratoga. True, he was offered a knighthood when in London before the Saratoga campaign, but he turned it down, possibly hoping for a peerage as ‘conqueror of America’. No chance of that after his American debacle, or even of becoming Sir John B.
Your Reynolds-based figurine of him as Colonel of the Queen’s Dragoons is stunning.

I am so impressed that you take your figures from the ground up even making their clothes and supplying all the accessories. You are truly so gifted (and I DO realize you've probably been told that about 40 million times) but I want to add my compliment to all the others. Your figures can truly make one want to explore that particular person, getting to know what their lives and times were like. . .at least that's what it does for me. Thank you so much for sharing your love of history and bringing it to life.

AMAZING work. It's remarkable how close your figures resemble/look just like the orignials from paintings/photographs. I am a huge new fan, and I just stumbled upon your site. Very impressive.
Would love to see your work sometime. When are having an exhibit?

Truly staggering talent sir!! Such delectable (& totally accurate) detail in the costumes and amazing life and expression in their faces. Bravo.
I'm a huge fan of the beautiful, ill-fated King Charles I (and have painted several portraits of him) and you have captured his essence of aloof, quiet dignity to perfection. (But with this superb line up, Buckingham, de Lamballe etc, very hard to find a favourite).
Thank you so much for sharing your stellar creations.
