Queen of Sheba was famous for her legendary visit to King Solomon in the 10th century BCE She is thought to have questioned Solomon at length about his power, wisdom, and affairs of state. She returned to her homeland after their visit laden with gifts from Solomon.
Restorers' Comment: Her intricate hairpiece was completely reconstructed to replace the damaged original.
